While every class follows a similar flowing format, the exercises and choreography are continually changing to keep you from reaching a workout plateau. By combining aspects of yoga, pilates, barre fitness and classic strength training, BarreFlow incorporates strength, endurance and flexibility into one invigorating workout. The focus on posture and form and the smooth transitions between exercises will help even the most busy-minded student become more present as concentration is necessary to get the most out of this class. Modifications and/or advancements are given for most exercises to accommodate all fitness levels.
Bounce classes make use of individual mini trampolines designed to tone your body and increase circulation, balance, and endurance. Bounce class format alternates between intervals on the trampoline for cardio bursts and either the barre or the mat for exercises that strengthen and lengthen. All levels welcome.
Whoever said that barre isn't cardio has never taken this class!! FIRE, a workshop presented by BarreFlow, reviews the basic principals of cardiovascular training, reviews proper alignment and will increase the intensity of your barre class using all of the low impact movements you already know.

Barre 20/10 is a barre-based routine, combining moves you already know and love, into a Tabata & High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program. The class consists of 20-10 microburst intervals, each interval consists of performing at an ultra high intensity for 20 seconds, followed by a 10 second rest. The beauty behind these short microbursts is the 20 seconds at high intensity, is doable and the 10 second rest allows for brief recovery before moving on to the next exercise interval. This is a results-driven fitness routine offering an effective, full-body workout sure to bring the results you are looking for. Get ready to sweat!
MAT Pilates is the essence of all Pilates work. You learn to work from your center, or your “core,” to promote balance, efficiency and ease of movement in a progressive series of abdominal and back exercises combined with controlled breathing. This exercise regimen is designed to create long, lean muscles while enhancing strength, flexibility and balance. The Mat Pilates classes are suitable for any level, and may utilize small props to bring additional challenge to your workout. All levels welcome.
Butts & Guts
A class dedicated to toning your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, and target the quads and hamstrings as well. All levels welcome.
Feeling tight all over? This class provides a deep stretch for the legs, hips and shoulders, which will relieve lower back tension and help prevent injuries. A great addition for runners or athletes of all backgrounds. All levels welcome.
A progressive, cardio-based body shaping yoga system designed exclusively for someone who wishes to get a bit more from their practice. Yoga Burn is designed for and caters to beginners who feel as though they have no flexibility, all the way up to the advanced yoga junkie who has tried every yoga class offered. Class moves quickly and is a great addition for power lifters, Cross Fit and athletes of all backgrounds. All levels welcome.
Move through a sequence of poses with focus on connecting the pace of the breath with the pace of movement. Alignment cues will be given throughout the class. Expect a moderately paced flow. All levels welcome.
ZenFlow is a grounding and calming practice that releases tension and invites tranquility. This soothing class includes breath work, gentle vinyasa, and a short meditation to promote clarity and serenity. You will be treated to a soundtrack of healing chants playing softly in the background as you connect breath with movement and indulge in a restorative close.
